Connor Timmons
Executive Director
Connor joined HomeShare Vermont in 2023 after 12 years of managing Common Ground Center in Addison County. Before arriving in Vermont, Connor oversaw youth programs and intervention services for the YMCA of Montreal and served on the boards of Action Jeunesse Ouest de l’ile (AJOI) and Travail de Rue Action Communautaire (TRAC). He lives in Charlotte with his wife and two wee beasties.
Amy Jelen
PROGRAM DIRECTOR
Amy joined the HomeShare Vermont team in 2007 after five years of coordinating the activities and volunteer program at The Converse Home, assisted living for seniors in Burlington. Amy’s previous experience was as a social worker, working with kids at the Northeastern Family Institute in Vermont and Watonwan County Human Services in Minnesota.
Joyce Touchette
Office Manager
Joyce started at HomeShare Vermont in 2019. She most recently served as executive director at The Converse Home. Prior to that, she was with the Visiting Nurse Association of Chittenden and Grand Isle Counties for 20 years where she held several positions in operations.
Wendy Rowe
Case Manager
Before joining HomeShare Vermont in 2023, Wendy was a housing advocate in the Housing Advocacy Program at CVOEO. Prior to that, Wendy served in the Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program at Vermont Legal Aid, where she advocated for residents in nursing homes and residential care communities.
Shari Borzekowski
case manager
Shari has been working at the Thompson Senior Center in Woodstock since 2015, now serving as their Aging at Home Resource Manager. Shari also now serves as the Central Vermont HomeShare Case Manager for Northern Windsor County. She and her husband live in Killington with their dog, now that their two kids have grown and (mostly) left the house!
Anne Farley
Case Manager
A one-time homeshare guest, Anne joined HomeShare Vermont in 2022 as a Case Manager for Central Vermont, where she resides with her family, plants, two goats and eight chickens. Most recently she worked with the Family Center of Washington County and the Lamoille Family Center.
Sarah Hudak
Case manager
Sarah joined HomeShare Vermont in 2023 as our second case manager serving Central Vermont. She was an 8th grade language arts teacher in Denver for six years, worked for Teacher America and in oncology at a children’s hospital.
